In order to provide you with a price, you will need to bring your silver or gold to our workshop or send us photos of the item using our restoration contact form. This should include close-up images of the problem area, as well as images of the entire item. We will then provide you with a quote based on the extent of the repairs needed.

Usually solid silver pieces carry a hallmark that indicate silver purity. For example the number 925°° indicates that is a sterling silver. Also you may find 900°°, 830°°, 800°°.
It’s very rare for a solid silver not to be marked. If your piece is silver-plated you will not see any of those markings.
